hamsar 45070 automatic daytime running light kit

Got a '84 z28. would like to have daytime running lights and automatic on-off headlights with photo sensor. This kit from Hamsar says it will do it all by turning on low beams at 24% reduced voltage for the driving light feature and photo light sensor to turn on and off the headlights with timer delay even! Anyone know anything about these?
Hamsar Daytime Running Light Kit 45070

$109.00

This DRL is a professional automatic low beam reduced 24 percent kit. It functions as a DRL during the daytime and has a photo sensor to automatically turn headlamps to full power at dusk. It has a time delay switch and includes short circuit, high voltage and temperature protection
