A Few questions about wiring up my car, and fusebox

Well before i start asking questions ill tell ya what i have so it hopefully it helps. just as an FYI none of this is yet to be in the car

84 Firebird, that used to have a v6,
305 that was carbed
a TPI intake and what normally comes along with from an 85 camaro
85 computer for TPI
86 computer for TPI
87 700R4
and a whole lot of shotty wiring

i was planning of going to TPI, but if wiring is gonna be a nightmare than i just might stay carbed, it was the TPI was a really good deal for what i got($100, for everything 2 computer and the whole works)

well there is somebody that has a wreaked 88 IROC and was wondering because i would like to rewire the whole car with extra goodies like electric cutouts, remote start, the knight rider gps, digital dash and well you get the idea. would it be a good idea to pull the fuseblock from that car? and if so what would i need to do to remove it, im not to keen on the idea of just cutting wire off the back of the block, but if thats something i have to do then so i will, or should i just go to painless wiring? i just want to make sure i do it right the first time so i wont have to do anything again for a while. Is there anything i should look out for?

on a lighter note, at the end of the project i might have a thirdgen that will have something from every year lol.
