haha, well you got a whole host of problems there don't ya?
Ok first off you can check to see if the cable from the speedo is broken/loose before you say the gauge itself broke. It'll be a trick to do but if you can isolate it to the cable then you just have to replace the cable and you're good to go.
What's happening with the rpm gauge? More details can help us diagnose the problem.
Your blinkers not working can be a wide range of issues, I know it's dumb but try buying new bulbs or testing the ones that are in it right now. If bulbs arn't the issue, check fuses for burnt out ones.
Someone else can probably chime in where I didn't mention something.
Well i'm gonan do a whole 4th gen dash swap. The speedo bounces up and down sometimes and sometimes it reads correctly. As far as blinkers go ive checked bulbs, grounds, blinker box under steering column. Next im pulled the steering wheel and installing a new switch.

did you check the blinker relay? do this turn on ..say the left turn signal, then step on the brake pedal, what do the tail lights do? then turn of the turn signal, step on the brake pedal and again check the tail lights. if the left one does not come on and the right one does with the first test, then both come on with second test it is not your switch, if you get no brake lights at all check your fuses, if ok then I'd say maybe a switch is in order!
check all of your turn signal bulbs, front, back, side, and inside, the flasher HAS to see a certan load before it will work properly. did you install an HD flasher? if so try a standard duty. let us know. you were preforming a functional test on the turn signal switch
I dunno if it matters what year the car is but I know when i first drove my 92 the gauages were bouncing back and forth like it was possessed. It ended up just being loose cable on the battery. As far as the gas gauge you could replace the float in the tank but it may just do the same thing. My car does it too though so just keep up with your mileage.
Check your blinker fluid. That happens to a lot of women in my area. And good luck finding it as Auto Zone does NOT carry it.
Sledge have you done all of your spring tune up yet? I'll bet you didn't change the air in your tires, of course I'm sure you didn't winterize them either. you are lucky that they did not freeze up on you
