Wiring up a light for closed loop

Is there a way to wire up an LED light so you can tell when the ECM goes closed loop?

Re: Wiring up a light for closed loop

I do not believe that the ECM has an output to indicate closed loop.
The only way would be to monitor the data stream on the ALDL connector and extrapolate the closed loop flag and turn on a light. You'd need at least a small microprocessor to do that.
