92 Camaro 3.1 sensor Issue

Ive been working on this car for 2 weeks now sorting out a mess of wiring issues and fuel issues. The previous owner had several "mechanics" working on this car, none of which can fix the problem. The car wont start. Ive replaced the fuel pump, flushed the fuel lines, new fuel filter. Checked the injectors for pulse. Getting proper fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator is new. The car wont start without dumping fuel into the intake, then only runs for a second or two. The two codes im getting are coolant temperature sensor and Electronic Spark Control. Ive also noticed that the cold start injector sensor is not plugged in. The wires are there but no plug. One of the mechanics tried to bypass it. I am thinking that this may be the problem but I have attached the wires and still no go. Could the coolant temperature sensor be causing a problem or maybe the electronic spark control??? Or is there maybe another issue I am overlooking??? Is there a way to check either the coolant temperature sensor and the electronic spark control or do I need to just replace them??

Also there is a VATS bypass installed. I was getting a code for the VATS and checked the fuse. I changed the fuse and the code went away.

Thanks in advanced for any assistance in this matter. I can provide any other information necessary. Thanks again.

Jerimy

plugged everything back in this morning. And amazingly it cranked up and ran. Shut i to fix a radiator leak and now it won't start anymore. I am thinking maybe the electronic spark control but all of the parts stores keep telling me there is no such thing. Also there are no codes at all. Don't know where to go from here. Spark still looks good but the car will not fire even putting gas in the intake. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
