driver side lock not locking the whole way

i took the door panel off to figure out why my door lock wasnt locking when i locked it. so i gave up and locked it manually . why doesnt it lock?

Re: driver side lock not locking the whole way

Common problem. Try cleaning with WD-40 and relubbing with white grease. Do the window track while you're in the door panel. Here's a link with some thing to consider:

If that dosent work and you need a new actuator we carry them.

mine does it too but i hit unlock with the power and then hit lock and it works. not sure why but it works.
