Yes. You are getting DC / battery to ground. Have you done any re-wiring or replaced and or added any components? Checked your brake switch?

Re: I think I got a ground...help!!

If you mean the park lamps and tail lights come on, that would point to a bad bulb/socket in the tails. In that case, you'd need to pull the tail lights and remove the brake bulbs one at a time to identify which one is causing this condition. Then replace/swap the bulb and if it still happens, it's a socket problem.

Hope this helps.

Re: I think I got a ground...help!!

i did add an new coil dis. cap, plugs just regular tune up stuff. Don't know why when I push the brake the park lights come on. not sure if the brake light comes on, have to check on that when the weather clears.
Also when i push the brake the buzzer goes off. the same buzzer that goes off when u open a door with a key in the ingniton.

Yes, the buzzer would logically go off with parking lights turned on (by backfeeding from the brakes).

Let us know what you find.

And please send us some of your rain! Our lake is at 45% capacity and at 40+ degrees Celsius, we'll run out of drinking water before the end of the summer. Or before the end of the month, if the crazy Californians will keep wasting water on their lawns every night.
