Car: 87 T/A GTA Engine: 5.7L TPI Transmission: 700R4 Axle/Gears: 3.27:1 | electrical problem
ok let me start off by saying that i absolutely have no idea on electrical stuff on my car so dont get too mad if i ask or say some stupid stuff haha.
ok with that said, ill say my problem. today when i was driving my car i had my windows up and it was nice out so i decided to roll them down. when i pushed both switches so both went down my radio turned off and my antenna retracted. it happened almost the second that i pressed both switches. i thought it was weird because this was the first time this has happened so i decided to try it one at a time. the drivers side window went smoothly but the passenger went down but the radio kept turning on and off so fast that it was like it was flickering but there was a click every time that went off. and then it got a little cold in the car so i turned on the heater but when i pressed vent and had the fan on high the radio went off and then back on again like there wasnt enough power for both the radio and the heater.
in case you are wondering the radio has been in the car as long as i have had the car (6 months) and have not had an issue.
i dont know if this is related to my problem or not but there is no power going to my rear hatch pull down.
