What dash lights? the warning lights or the gauge illumination.
I'm thinking you mean gauge illumination, in that case, did you turn the dimmer knob? If that doesn't help it's most likely the rheostat in your light switch. You can pull the switch and re pin the wire from the rheostat to bypass it, your dimmer wont work, if you want to do it the right way, get a new switch
Well, it looks like there is one of those instrument cluster printed circuit board style panels for the dash/instrument cluster itself on a '75. I have found that if the wiring for the illumination is sending signal to illuminate (white or gray wires seem to be illumination related on the interior), it can be those circuit boards have some corrosion on the contact points where the little bulbs screw into place. If that is the case, it can be cleaned up/oiled with some contact oil...just remove the corrosion wherever you see it. My wiring diagrams I have are from Chilton and Haynes manuals and are less than clear and helpful...that's just what I gathered from a look at them...I have no way of downloading it and sending a diagram though...sorry. Hope this helps some.
