Looking at a fuse is not a reliable way to check a fuse. Pull the fuse and use an ohmmeter. If you get 0 ohms the fuse is good. If you get a high reading near the top of the ohmmeter scale the fuse is bad. Some fuses also have a small open slot on each side.
Currently the radio has no display, I would assume due to no power, but when I power it up you can hear the power to the speakers(slight hum). The rear release I cant hear anything same with door locks.
Would this possibly be a bad ground? if it is how can I go about finding it?
Please keep it simple I am pretty green with electical stuff. BTW this is an 88 IROC 305TPI in case it matters.
All of the items you listed receive power from the CTSY fuse for the relay functions. The radio has a separate fuse to power the radio. However, both the radio display and the power antenna get power from the CTSY fuse. The Power Locks release relay also receives power from the CTSY fuse. The locks themselves receive power from a circuit breaker mounted on the fuse block.
The common theme for all the non operable itmes is the CTSY fuse. If you don't have an ohmmeter just buy a new fuse and put it in. If you put a new fuse in and the accessories still don't work, check that fuse also. If it has blown you have a short circuit in the wiring.
Let us know what happens when you test or replace the fuse.
