86 Camaro, Lights on makes engine sputter.

I don't know if sputter is the right word. When I turn the headlights on they start to flash on and off along with the tail lights. You can hear it in the engine when the lights flash, the engine will drop RPM's slightly each time the lights stutter. As soon as I turn the lights off the engine runs fine again. The brake warning light also flashes with the headlights as well. Any thoughts?

LITE KNOT RITE

You probably have a short in the lighting circuit.

A short causes the circuit breaker located in the light switch to cycle.

Happy Racing!

If People Drove Any Slower They’d Be Going Backwards

Fog lights are not driving lights. They look dorky. Turn em off slow pokes.

How bout those dorks too scared to drive without headlights on in the daytime!
