Primary fan not working with air con removed - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

I have the standard dual fan setup in my IROC. However, the primary fan does not come on by itself and I'm currently having to use a switch. I have removed the air con from the car and noticed the fan issue around that same time. Is there a link between the primary fan and the aircon that has caused it to not work automatically now the air con has been removed?

One of the fans was controlled thru the FAN A/C PRESSURE SWITCH.

You probably removed it.

How you restore operation is up to you.

You can make both fans come on at the same time, you can control each separately, etcetera.

I would like them to come on individually as they draw such a high current that having them both kick in at the one time is not ideal. Any suggestions on how best to get it working again?
