wiper motors get power but not functioning right.

I am having the a problem with my wipers. I changed the motor three times and it does the same thing. The post will rotate around but the post does not spin, it only make a clicking sound. in turn, my wipers only move up and down about 3 inches. My wiper switch has a low and high setting but it does not work in low and sorta works on high. Any suggestions?

Did you check the wiper linkage to see if it was binding up?

We also have new wiper switches if you need one.

I'm thinking it could be the Pulse board. I'm going out the SY today to see if I can find one there. I post updates.

Re: wiper motors get power but not functioning right.

I got them to work. for some reason, the previous owner cut the gray wire and spliced one to a green wire and the other to a black wire. I connected the gray wires back together and now it works on hi and lo. but now i don't know what the green and black wire were for, but at least it works now.
