Rpm Gauge

I have a 1986 305 Tpi and my rpm gauge is not working... no fuses are popped and its the only gauge not workin kinda lost and dont kno where to look now any suggestions would be helpful thanks

sorry, i dont know how to fix it, but if you wanna replace it, i have one out of my 87 tpi that you can have.

The tach wire comes off the distributor. Look at the distributor or the coil and you should see a big fat wire from the battery, and a smaller wire that goes to the tach. Make sure it's connected and trace the small one and see if there's a break.
