Summit battery relocation kit install

Only took an entire day, but things went fairly smooth. Working alone without tunes does suck though. No real complaints with the kit either. Super score too, $70 on craigslist!:

Tucked the cable up under the wheel well, and kept it away from heat of course. Grounded to the chassis, then primered. With some patience and a great gf holding the light. things worked the very first time. (which is a miracle) Minimum sparkage too!

Enjoy:

Re: Summit battery relocation kit install

Too big. No way it'd fit in the tire well. positive wire is 1 gauge.

Re: Summit battery relocation kit install

Ehhhhh it should. I know mine isnt in a NHRA box or anything like that but i have a power cell(deep cycle battery) which runs my system that fit perfectly in the lockbox.

Either way it should help with launches! Good work.
