Car: 87 Evoluzione, 84 TransAm, 05 GTO Engine: LT1, L98, LS2 Transmission: (2) T56 & (1) 700R4 Axle/Gears: Moser 12-bolt w/3.73 & Stock | Measuring fuel pressure with oil pressure sender At the moment I'm measuring oil pressure on my PC with an ACDelco 10201491. Has anybody else got the bright idea to use this $25 resistive sensor to measure fuel pressure? I'm trying to think of what rubber or plastic inside it would be resistant to hot oil, but break down in gasoline.
The cheapest dedicated fuel pressure sensor I've found is the Autometer 0-5V (nice) that list for $100 from Summit. | | |
