Hey i have a 91 camaro and i am trying to figure out where my short is coming from. The owners before it did a bad job wiring and isnt in the best shape electrical wise i have put a new battery and alternator in but after like 15min of driving the car starts to drain the battery and such whats the best way to find the source of the drain?

The Long And Short Of It

Are you saying your battery WON’T drain unless you’re driving?

It’ll startup no problem the next day if you park it overnight?

Yes if i charge the battery the next day it will start up the only time the battery drains is when the car is on which it dains slowly but if im driving the battery drains very rapidly most times i can only get a 25min drive
