I've searched and searched, to no avail whatsoever.
This past winter, my wife turned on my wipers to get heavy snow off the windshield. The wipers got half way through, and then stopped abruptly. She, believing that continuously trying to make the wipers work would help, continuously turned them on and off. I come out to check on the Firebird, and after clearing the snow off the windshield, I find that my wipers are stuck in their position.
So, I disconnect the arms from the wiper motor, under the grill-type thing over top of it. I first assumed it was a fuse, but after checking all of them, they were all good. I then replaced the wiper motor with a rebuilt one, but still no-go.
So, I'm down to replacing the relay or the wiper switch-type-thing on the side of my steering column, and I'm not really a fan of swapping the steering column out.
I'm hoping that it's just the relay, but to replace that, I need to know which one it is. So, that's what I came here for.
What relay controls the wiper motor?
