Well first off thanks to everyone who have helped me so far now im into the wiring on the car. I've noticed that whoever had this car before liked to splice everything they could. So far ive replaced all the fuses i could so far and got mostly everything working but the dash lights seem to come and go and now the rear hatch motor is stuck up and i cant get it to go down. im including sum pics of the various plugs and wires ive found under the dash spliced i hope sumone will be able to shed sum light on it

so im taken apart the dash and found that most of the spliced wiring is leading to the white plug in the last pic. Dont know what the plug goes too can anybody identify it??

If the pull-down unit was working, then now it won’t it wasn’t the PO’s splicing and dicing unless one failed just now.

Also, there is no wiring in the car that makes it go down.

In the pull-down there is a reversing switch that causes it to pull down.

It’s difficult to describe over this typey TV box thing but there is a switch in the pull-down unit that you can access thru the opening where the latch is with a screwdriver or pencil.

Sometimes that switch needs to be flipped.

The switch in the second pic is for an aftermarket alarm, as is the white plug in the 3rd pic. If I were you, I would pull all that junk and reconnect all the wires normally. The hatch motor sometimes locks out like that. There is a switch on the motor you have to flip down. Contact the user lonsal he is the rear hatch motor god.

better off printing it to read it
