Please, help me with a relay and some gauges.

I have a 1992 Pontiac Firebird, 3.1L V6. Last winter, my wife turned the wipers on to clear off a foot of snow, and they got stuck. She constantly kept turning the wipers off and on, and they stopped. I took out the motor, and replaced it, but now my wipers don't work. Someone suggested my relay went bad, so I came here to ask which relay controls the wiper motor. Please, I need to know before winter hits. I've asked about four times before with no help whatsoever.

My other question deals with my 1989 Camaro RS, 305 TBI 5.0L V8. My charge level gauge fluctuates from being right above 13, down to 8, and in between frequently, yet my battery is getting charged. My coolant temperature gauge also very rarely quits working entirely. It tends to come back to life, though.

The previous owner of the Camaro had replaced the fuel pump, so now it primes endlessly when I have the ignition on. The fan also comes on when the ignition is on. The car also takes 4-7 seconds to start after sitting cold for awhile.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your car has no wiper relay.

Make sure the wiper switch is getting voltage in and out.

Your voltmeter probably has a failing connection on the PCB.

Your fuel pump ECM override oil pressure switch might be stuck in the closed position.

Fog lights are not driving lights. They look doofy. Turn em off slow pokes.

How bout those nervous nellies too scared to drive without headlights on in the daytime or if there is a little rain!

Not to be a noob, but where is the PCB, and what is it? I'll gladly check it out. How hard would it be to fix?

I'm just praying that the switch on my steering wheel is still fine.

Actually, let me guess. The PCB is the thing on the wiper motor itself, like a cap, right?

The PCB is the Printed Circuit Board which the voltmeter resides.
