Door Jamb switches are about $3.00 new at auto parts stores. Note that there is one for each door side.
Since you ran wiring through the door and likely in the kick panel area, it is possible that the switch is still good. What may have happened is when running the speaker wires you loosened the wires that connect to the door jamb switch(es) and one or more of the wires are grounded. A ground on this circuit turns the lights ON.
Take a look at this thread. One of the links is for wiring diagrams. Note that the courtsey lighting is pretty much the same for all the model years. I have also posted several wire harness diagrams from the 82 Camaro Shop Manual. They will give you a good idea of what is behind the kick panels and where you need to go to make sure all the white wires to the door jamb switches are connected to the switches and not loose or partcially grounded.

The other test you might want to try is to remove the bulbs, and see if any of the white wires is grounded. You will need to disconnet the wire from the switch and put an ohmmeter between the end of the wire and ground. A zero reanding indicates that the tested wire is grounded somewhere. It could be a portion of the insulation is warn away by a sharp metal edge somewhere.
I would check the wiring and verify that the wire connections are not loose at each switch before buying new switches. If the wiring is good, no grounds and tightly connected to the switch, then replace the switch.
