no brights

My head lights work but no bright lights does anybody know what might be wrong? The lever doesnt even click when i pull it back

high beam switch needs adjusted - it's under the steering column above the brake pedal - get a small flashlight, a 7mm nut driver, and get upside down head first in the floor well and as you pull the lever you'll see the moving rod and the switch - adjust the switch so the rod pushes the button on the switch.
