firebird headlights stay up?

My firebird used to work fine but now the lights don't go down. They turn off and on and everything but the the lights don't go down. Anyone had this problem before. When I was fixing the head gasket I did have a wire that I labeled " A H WIRE " that looked like a ground wire that I did not hook up because I don't remeber where it goes. Does anyone know any engine parts or accessorries that are abreviated with the letters A H.

Re: firebird headlights stay up?

Mine didn't go up/down because a ground wire had corroded out. Mine was connected up near the radiator on the driver side. If you're not sure where it came from just ground it somewhere and see if your lights work.
