I have this Built up 10 bolt 7.5/7.625 rear for sale. Its an early housing 83-84 vintage. I had the axle tubes welded to the center section for added strength, Totally stripped & POR-15 .The Auburn posi has 28 spline axles. I have installed the late model LT1 Z28 backing plates from 93-96 Z28 which will enable you to install the 11.5 inch rotor and PBR calipers from the same years(available from your local AutoZone). Gears are AAM (American Axle Mfg) 4.11 ratio brand new. Rear has new seals and bearings all around. TA Girdle for added strength. Included is Royal Purple Gear lube and Boxed out lower control arms & Sway Bar. This is as stout as they come for a 7.5 10 bolt. Should handle aprox 375-450 Hp. Needs to be picked up Zip 11772. I have over $750 invested. No reasonable offer refused. Must sell

Thanks to those members who inquired recently about the rear, and I appreciate your offers. I will part the rear out before I take less than its worth, but I don't intend on doing that. Only as a last resort.

ive been searching but cannot fid answer, will this bolt into an 88 firbird without motifications? other than needing 4th gen brakes?

Yes , direct bolt in for 88 Firebird........Will fit any & all F-body Camaro & Firebird from 1982-1992 . Brakes you will need to purchase are the early LT1 style from 93-95(maybe to 97).......Rotors and calipers from your local AutoZone.

nice.. but i'm afraid that the 4.11's are too much for a daily driver... andy 10 bolt 3.73 or 3.42 10 bolts available? bump anyway...
