I think I'm gonna need them. My rearend is making noice but the local mech says my gears are fine and it only needs bearings. I have all the bearings and crush sleave now. I'm just waiting for some 28spline axles and when I get them we will put it all back together. Hopefully it will be ok but I think it sounds more like gear noise. How much BTW? If the price is right maybe I'll just get them anyways.
Thank you. |

My local mech sez that my gears are ok (They look OK) and only the bearings are buggered. I already have the bearing kit and am just waiting for EV-104 28splines. When they get here we are gonna throw it back together and I really hope the noice is gone. How many miles on your gears and how much do you want? If the price is right maybe I'll just get them. I think he's wrong cuz it's quite whiny.

They show minimal wear, and are not chipped, broken or pitted. The pinion gear has good bearings on it, but may as well change them out if you got new ones. $45 shipped to the lower 48 states.
Taking offers on the connecting Rod ! |
