package also includes MORTORVATION BILLET CNC MACHINED TB spacer and all mounting hardware (110$ value), and a stock 48mm TB free with package. system is a direct bolt in, includes everything but sensors, and TPs and cooling/IAC passage on 48mm TB.

here are some pics of the intake as is in the car its coming out of... looks good huh.
u can also see the 1" billet spacer between the TB and plenum... and if u look at the cabel linkage u can see the billet aluminum extension for the cable holder bracket since it was moved forward an inch and it keeps the linkage the same as stock so no adjustments are needed.

here is the porting behind the TB... grounded and smoothed out the walls behind the TB.... this is worth almost 100cfm easily... u cant see the porting and port matching of the sides of the plenum for the SLP runners since its still installed on my car...
u can see the shinny metal right behind the TB blades... remeber there used to be 1/4" solid aluminum wall at the base there and as well on the sides. i took off the airfoil bc the light would reflect too much off it.

ok everyone sry for the lonnggggg waitttt! we had problems getting the trans am inspected since it wouldnt pass emissions. but thats all done, finnaly got the car in and i ripped off the intake and its ready for a new OWNERR!!! done sum slight extra work for you all. these are the pics and is sold as is.
also took the car to the track for the first time. only mods in my sig. car is a 13 sec car. still my 60ft times were crap and i was spinning down the track. car pulled hard to 5500 my 1/4 mile MPH showed the intake supported higher RPMS and still had enough tq to beak the tires loose all the time.
first off is the intake has NO sensors! need them for my HSR swap.
you get the 48mm TB with the SLP air foil already attached. u get a 1" billet motorvation spiral spacer. already on with longer bolts and linkage extender to throttle cabel bracket. ported plenum and slight work to SLP runners, portmatched SLP runners to stock base, and port matched base to stock intake gaskets i believe they are felpro 1205. you also get the fuel rails with BBK adjustable fuel pressure regulator and stock 22lb injectors. i believe the injectors were replaced before i bought the car. see pic. comes ready to bolt in with all bolts even intake to head bolts. the TB is missing the TPS sensor as well as the coolant passage/IAC assembly underneith. enjoy and only serious bids/buyers please thank u.

ok here is a pic showing the inbetween porting showing the stock port of the stock base all the way to the right and how the ported ones look next to it. these are worked for the SLP runners. u can fit 1/2-3/4 of a golf ball in it. they are slightly larger than the SLPs ports.
the second pic is the stock intake port to the head and the ported intake port that has been portmatched to the stock intake gasket. as u can see alot of material has been removed. still more than enough room for sealing surface.
third pic is showing the 4 ports port matched to stock intake gasket felpro 1205. more than enough for sealing.

first pic is of the plenum porting. shows the 1/2" walls removed right behind the TB openings. this is an easy 100cfm increase and RPM increases.
second pic is the plenum ported and portmatched to the SLP runners. you will need to match the gaskets to this. do not stick stock ones on or u will defeat the purpose of the runners and porting. i think SLP sells gaskets for these. side note. the SLP runners are for 85-89 TPI intakes they have a cold start injector which was working when i pulled this last nite. it is also included in the package with fuel rails and injectors.
third pic is the TB being opened showing the TB, spiral spacer and porting behind. there are no obstuctions and this flows very well.

first pic is the 1" thick billet aluminum motovation spiral spacer. shows the spiral affect and is said to increase MPG, increased airflow, more power in lower RPM ranges etc. this bolts between the TB and plenum and has hardware attached and has throttle cable adjustment plate already attached to plenum to accomodate the TB being moved up 1"
second pic shows the fuel rail, the BBK billet adjustable regulator, and 22lb injectors... injectors seem to be new to me. only have had the car 3 yrs and only put on 25,000 miles. all working. engine runs great
third pic shows the COMPLETED TPI. assembled showing the slightly polished runners/plenum, spacer and everything else. assembled... this is how u will get it.
this is a great upgrade intake for your stocker. you could see 20-30hp over a stock intake increased RPMS to about 5000-5500. i would expect more HP over a stock intake on a modified engine... heads/cam etc. this is sold as a KIT! i will not sell individual parts. kit starts at $500 not including shipping.(increased porting) remember there is hours and hours of porting done here. your getting alot here for almost nothing.
330$ for runners not to mention bolt kit etc
spacer=110$
fuel rails/injectors=id say 100$ easily with cold start injector
BBK fuel regulator=100$
ported plenum to this extent=200-250$
base porting=150=250$
SLP air foil=60$
this easily comes to 1000$

also like to add it has the water neck and new 160 stat in there... just need new gasket. as well as EGR with connector, also have the hard lines that attach to the fuel rails that go to the stock rubber frame mounted hard lines that will be thrown in there. this is a bolt in and ready to go! just need gaskets and sensors and coolant passage under TB.
