As I had posted in an earlier post, I have this engine for sale and am looking to get 75 dollars or best offer on this.. otherwise Im gonna scrap it... It has 272, 531 miles on it and it still does run good... believe this or not for a 305 engine, but it does! Doesn't smoke or use much oil.. has been well maintained as you can tell inside the lifter valley.. no sludge or buildup inside the engine..
It does not have the oil pan or valve covers as I had to use those on the 350 I installed in the car... That is the reason that I removed the engine, because I decided I wanted to put a 350 in it..
The engine is located at Mountain City, TN ( Eastern part close to NC and VA ) and I prefer pick up but would meet someone within a reasonable distance for this..Please email me at 'elszroc@yahoo.com' if you have any questions or want pictures of the engine...
Right now as the engine sits, its a complete long block.. I have not touched the heads or anything...thanks for looking, Edward
