i want a 3.42 or 3.73 geared rear. if it has disc brakes it must be posi but if it has drums then it can be an open diff. must be in good working condition and come with calipers.

got a 3:73 posi disc out of a 1984 z-28 h o $300

It is complete disc to disc..no ebrake cables(they were junk like most)..I can give you a disc proportion valve if you need it....

I have a complete drum to drum 3:23 9 bolt posi rear, posi works fine, currently in an 89 GTA. Comes complete and has recently replaced rotors and calipers, $300, I am in NY zip 12538, about 45 minutes from danbury. Brake booster and prop valve included.

ok tpi hearse let me talk it over with my father if he oks it then well work something out about getting it since i know your in mass i believe and im in CT i dunno if youd deliver id give you some extra if you did but if not ill work on something

they are the gear ratios. 41 is the number of teeth on the gear and 11 is the number of teeth in the input gear. 41/11 = 3.73 41/12 = 3.42 as far as miles the gears look great i have no idea when they were actually replaced. if i had a use for them id keep them. as for posi i forget how to check. when i spin the drive shaft end. only one wheel moves. i believe that means they are open. not sure how to check
