completely stock if you have the whole ecm that would be great but if u just have the 2 chips ill take them
only 1985 model year!

So a 87 5.0L TPI ECM isnt the same?

I will look at the yard tomorrow, I know there are 2 85's not sure if they are TPI though...

i have the whole ecm from my 85 iroc tpi 305. i also have a ecm from a 85 vette, its the same as the f-body just a different chip, for a tpi 350. shoot me a offer

no the ecm for 1985 is one of its own no other year will work without modification

I know the 870 (1985)is a animal all by its self.like i said, i have a 2 ecm's both 870's. one from my 85 iroc the other from a 85 vette. they are the EXACT SAME, the only diff is the chip and calpak. interested?do a search, 870's are 870's

Just as a FYI..I have a 1227165 with MEMCAL AUM inside along with the complete harness from a 1986 Firebird. The AUM is for 700R4 1986 TPI 305. Still has the yellow VSS buffer attached. I know the 1985 ECM looks different outside...not sure about the inside.

Do you have the numbers of your chips handy..I have other ECM's laying around.

Also have a 1227165 with AXYC (Delco 3160 CALPAK 2P1207) and harness from a 1988 IROC...if that would be of any use.

nvm guys it was just the ecm itself was bad not the prom chips got a remanned unit and all is well! but thx all!
