Do you also need the MAF mounting bracket and bolts? I believe it mounts different on 85-87 compared to 88-89.

Re: Need TPI Intake Boot Cheap!

Born and raised in South Atlanta. Live in Charlotte, NC now. Can have my father or sister pick this stuff up from you if we can agree on a price.

Really I am unsure about price I do know that a new one runs $35 plus shipping from TPI parts see here http://tpiparts.net/inc/sdetail/148 so I would definetly figure on paying less than that for it. I would at the very least want this part.

I guess what I am going to weigh out is what buying the stock setup compares to buying a complete cold air intake setup. They run about $50 plus shipping http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/88-89...3286.m14.l1318. Thats why I was saying "Need one Cheap" I dont need the MAF.
  • Give me a price for everything including the filter box if you have it
  • Also a price for the rubber boot that comes off the intake by itself (the part thats in the 1st link above).
Thanks

Re: Need TPI Intake Boot Cheap!

Honestly I don't want to piece it out.

Both boots with all the clamps, MAF mounting bracket with bolts and the Filter box(top and bottom) with all 3 clamps and mount bolt will be $50 plus shipping.

Re: Need TPI Intake Boot Cheap!

I should restate my comment about that aftermarket setup. I believe you have to relocate your charcoal can. Just open up your stock can and install a K&N would probably see the same gains.
