I'm selling my 400 to get funds for heads for my new 408 and to purchase a T-56.Engine has less than 2500 miles.This is a torque monster and it spins.
Complete from intake to oil pan.No carb.No electronics.

The engine is still in my 79 Camaro can hear it run,but I sold the T-10 that was behind it.I took the car to the track twice,once for street wars once for test and tune.The car is not stripped down,3.73 posi,T-10 3700 lb car and 200 pound driver on STREET TIRES Cooper Cobra 235/60 15's 1 3/4" headers with FULL flowmaster american thunder exhaust system with "H" pipe and tail pipes and ran a 13.1,spun down the track 2nd gear to 3rd gear 1.8 60' time and a trap speed of 112mph.

Looking for a LT-1 T-56 tranny
and a set of Aluminum heads that have an intake runner size of 210-220cc with no larger than a 64cc chamber.
The engine can be heard and picked up in Latrobe,Pa 15650.
Just think what this engine would run like in a light 3rd gen............
