I have one very great condition distributor for sale. MSD-8556 distributor.
It is mechanical advance, magnetic trigger. The cap is brand new and has not been run yet. It has an aluminum shaft assembly, adjustable slip collar.
Price is $100 Shipped in lower 48. I also have MSD 8.5 mm wires too that are in great shape that have male sockets for the female socket cap. Price for wires are $50
This Distributor must be used inconjunction with an MSD 6, or 7 series ignition box. It will NOT work on it's own. The reason I am giving it up is because I want vacuum advance and not mechanical.

Unless they changed the PN then no. 8556 is clearly on the plate. I have to get the pics of the wires later (tomorrow night) . They are in great shape with the female sockets for the plugs and male sockets for the cap.
