Everything you need to twin turbo your 82-92 Camaro or Firebird. This kit made a shade over 500hp at 5700rpm on my car at 14psi of boost pressure. As it sits right now this kit will provide about 5-7 psi of boost.
Kit has about 5000 miles on it. Everything but the wastegates was bought brand new, and is still in perfect working condition.
I designed this kit to fit on my 1992 Camaro, and it fits MANY other cars as well. This kit will fit with all stock accessories on any gen 1 small block chevy engine.
Includes everything you see in the pictures and a few more fittings, nuts, and washers not shown. Almost everything is stainless steel or aluminum except the wastegate housings which are heavy cast steel.
-T3/T4 hybrid turbos:
-TO4E 46 trim compressor with .50 AR housing
-T3 stage 3 turbine with .63 AR housing
-Custom TIG welded turbo headers (1/8" wall 304/304L stainless steel)
-two (2) Ford Thunderbird TurboCoupe intercoolers
-Blow off valve
-1/8" wall 2-7/8" diameter 304L Stainless steel downpipes with adapters to connect your exhaust
-ALL oil lines and fittings
-Aluminum dual intake charge pipes with all elbows and clamps
-ALL Stainless steel nuts, bolts, and clamps
-Aluminum heat shields
-Vacuum lines
I recommend professional installation of any turbo kit if you don't know exactly what you're doing. If you can bring your car to me I can install the kit for an additional charge.
Only a very few easy modifications needed. You may have to remove or relocate your Air Conditioning evaporator canister because it may interfere with the passenger side wastegate. I can sell you a relocation kit if you plan to keep your air conditioning (if it is in the way).

Yeah, I know turbo kits can be built for relatively cheap... depends mostly on what kind of deals you can get and also on the level of quality of each component, fabrication skill/tools, etc., etc., etc. I believe this turbo kit is high quality and will outlast almost any car it is put on when used properly.
The internal wastegates have been drilled out from 19mm to 28mm and ported slightly, no more boost creep.
not counting bandsaw blades and other consumable tools. shipping on all that stuff really added up too.
thats an easy $2100 in materials. These are all estimates on the low end... and I might be leaving some stuff out. I'm sure my effort is worth something, I should be asking more!
What I really need is a transmission... it needs to handle about 550ftlb, so I'm also looking for trades. I prefer a manual tranny since I don't drag race and I already spent a bunch of time converting the car to a manual transmission. I require overdrive as well.
Some trannies I like:
-TKO 600
-richmond 5 speed (600ftlb rated)
-gforce t5
-ls1 t56 w/ viper internals
Also looking for:
-AC/DC welder with square wave output.
-A stock L98
-forged crank
-nice 4th gen wheels
-12 bolt truck posi carrier (30 spline) gears (3.42) and all the bearings and seals
-maybe a rear disk conversion for the truck rear.
-whatever else you wanna trade!
Can i get some up close pictures of the turbo flange on the manifolds. Who manufacturers the turbochargers? Any dyno sheets from this setup on your car?
Are these the same type of headers you are making and selling? I like the fact that I could keep the AC..... If the price was a little lower I would greatly consider...... I have a 91 Z28 350...... hmmm that would be nice....

I'm not technically making and selling headers, but these are basically the same style (a little different design). If I'm not mistaken, you may know someone who can get you a deal on machined parts. If you sent me a set of flanges it would reduce my cost to $292. I'd want around 250 labor, its much harder than people who haven't done it think. Oh wait, I need batteries for my mask (+$4) just kidding.
