Sam Biondo uses only quality parts in its solenoid shifters, such as a hard chromed shaft, bronze bushings, and a low 1-amp draw coil (compare that to other electric shifters that draw up to 30 amps). Also, unlike other brands, the Sam Biondo electric shifters will not release due to hard vibration. They're designed to be used with most rpm-activated switches and come with a universal mounting bracket, making them perfect for any drag car.
