| Corvette LT1 Engine For Sale Hi folks,
I'm a regular on the Corvette Forum and a fella suggested I try selling my engine here. I have been parting out my Vette and have an outstanding reputation on CF.
My 1994 Corvette LT1 coupe was smashed in October; a little under 95K miles on the car. The car started, drove, shifted and steered after the accident! None of the mechanicals/drive train were effected.
The engine is an LT1; it pulls hard, and was super-reliable for me. I bought the car at 76k miles and always changed the Mobil-1 every 3k miles or the start of every season (less than 800 miles/year these past few). Engine is stock and was original to the car, therefore it's a 4-bolt.
It is complete and assembled with optispark, water pump, AC compressor, alternator- everything that's driven by the serpentine belt. Heads are there, intake, throttle body (with a stupid air foil in it and an LT1 badge plate on top), injectors and rails, fuel rail covers, MAF, intake accordion, oil pan... Have I missed anything!? NOTHING was removed from the motor but the wiring harness & underhood ASR module. The computer and motor mounts come with this as well. $1600 + shipping.
I would of course prefer a somewhat local sale (I can deliver within a couple hours of Rome, NY 13440 if necessary), but I will ship if the buyer has patience and helps arrange it. FYI, I was working a deal with a guy in New Orleans, and freight was only going to be about $300 via Roadway.
Contact me if interested at jsquared91280@yahoo.com.
Thanks!
