I'm selling my Procharger P1-SC (self contained) setup for small block chevys.
This is the upgraded 8 rib setup that eliminates belt slip. I bougth it new 2 years ago for $2500 and would like to get $1600 for the complete package. At this price I will include everything you see in the picture below plus the crank pulley that has yet to be removed from my car, 2 bottles of procharger oil (reccomended change interval is 5000miles) and a 3" diameter elbow that goes in-between the blower and the carb hat.
This kit made 400whp on a mild 350sbc @ 7lbs of boost and over 450whp @ 10lbs. I have 2 blower pullies one 3.4 inch (10lbs boost) and one 4.1 inch (7 lbs). You can pick which one you want or add $40 for both.
The kit was excellent on my 92 camaro and has no shaft play or damage. The oil has been changed every 1000 miles and the whole kit has only about 3000miles on it.
The only items you will need to have a complete setup are a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator some vaccuum tubing and a blow through carb.
Shipping is extra probably around $50-70 or local pickip in eastern CT/RI can be arranged. Feel free to post up any questions you may have.
The whole kit only took me and a friend an afternoon to install this kit with basic hand tools and reallytransformed the car. As an added bonus everything fits under the stock hood.
This kit is for a v-belt setup but if you want to keep your car's serpantine setup, I'll knock $200 off the price, keep my crank pulley, and you can use the savings to buy procharger's serpantine crank pulley.
This can be made to work with TBI setups. If you give me more details of your particular setup I can let you know to the best of my understanding what else will be required.
The P1-sc is capable of 775hp and many people have run in the 10's and even 9's with it.
will it work on a carb setup?.. .what type of fuel pump were u running.. is it on a stock motor or built? wat motor setup were u running? i have an 86 with a 350 carb bored out .30 w/ stock heads with a mild carb and intake.
daghstdrummer- This kit is designed for a carb setup. I have been running a 255lph walbro with the stock feed line and a larger diameter return (this is necessary to avoid pressure creep) This was on a mild 350 (9:1 compression, vortec heads, .440 lift flat tappet cam). It will bolt up perfectly on your car.
Steel Town Mad Dog- That's abeautiful car you've got. This blower would be absolutely sick on your motor. If you have forged internals you could easily run 15lbs of boost and have an easy 600rwhp! And then you'd be buying tires every week!!!
i think she would blow nicely threw this...i have a serpentine setup though so it would be 1400 plus shipping right? i havent bought a reg yet so this is good timing...
That's right $1400 puls shipping without the crank pulley. I called Procharger and the cost for the crank pulleys is actually $165 so there's an extra $35 to put towards a FPR. I used the aeromotive 13204 which behaved great. Even 1:1 pressure rise with boost, but you'll need an efi fpr.
I am very interested in you kit for sale. I have the cash for it and am ready to buy. I do have a question. Does the tubing and intercooler come with the supercharger?

Silent Bob- At this price the the piping(aside from the 45degree piece that connects the Procharger to the carb hat) and intercooler aren't included. I bought them from ebay for around $300 total and they actually took more time to install than the procharger due to all the trimming and bracket fabrication. I'm putting together a single turbo setup now and will be re-using (with some changes) the intercooler. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be glad to answer them, or PM me your number and I can give you a call.
