Guys and gals. I spent $5000 on this motor. I spent $400 alone on the new opti and timing cover - thats 1/5 of the asking price!

SOMEBODY BUY IT CONSARN IT!

How much more work before it is ready to install and run? I am looking to rebuild my 92z and I wanted a 421 but for the price I may jump on this.

Let me know what it is missing and what I still need to drop this thing in.

I still have the motor.

To finish the motor you'd have to put the freeze plugs in the back (cant do it myself w/it on the engine stand) and bolt up the rocker arms and intake and put it in the car.

Motor Price Lowered To: $2000

I'll also include the original rods/pistons/crank if anyone wants them.

I installed the intake and am finishing the valvetrain - all this motor will need is a timing cover and opti!!!

this is an amazing deal. With how much you've spent I'd probably be inclined to sit on it until you get a little more. It's worth a lot more than that. I wish I had the cash for it .

In your first post you said this includes

"Brand New GM 1995 LT1 Timing Cover and Brand New ACCEL Opti-Spark"

and just above you said it needs a timing cover and an opti... are these still coming with the motor?

Unfortunately I sent the opti and timing cover back to Pace Performance because I needed the money - so those two parts are not included now.

tilerob - i intend no disrespect in saying this - but if you don't know whether this motor will fit in your car you definitely aren't in a position to perform this kind of transplant.

still - if it doesn't sell I'll post a reminder.
