Moving the battery and canister are required regardless which car you put it on.
It is also for a 90-92 Speed Density TPI setup. There is no space for a MAF.

The kit also came with a different water outlet and radiator hose to re-route the hose (not sure if the seller is supplying it with the kit).

This is a very nice kit and had it on my 86 Trans Am with a 91 TPI setup.

if im able to mount my maf between that small gap will i get some nice gains from this cai over the stock tpi intake on a built iroc

No, there is physically no room to put it there.
