I bought this supercharger about 6 months ago to put on my 305. I found a 5.3l with 14k miles, so I'm going to do an LSX swap instead of the supercharger.
I bought the supercharger used, but with really low miles; it came from a prostreet s10 that didn't see much street time. Looks brand new. Comes with everything needed to bolt it up, including a new belt.
It will fit any pre-'86 chevy small block heads. Weiand says these blowers will add 25-40% more horsepower. A member named Damon has a writeup about installing one of these superchargers. Follow this link to read it: http://www.thirdgen.org/weiand142install
I'm looking to get $1500 + shipping for it. I'd say it weighs around 50-75lbs, so shipping could be on the high side; PM me for an exact shipping quote. I would also be willing to trade for an LS1 t56 setup, or a built th350 with 9" tail. Let me know if you have any questions.
I hate to burst your bubble but both Summit and Jegs offer free UPS ground shipping in the lower 48. They both add a handling charge...Summit's is about $12, Jegs is about $8. Just something to consider with your asking price.
quick question, with a roots style blower like this would i have to switch to carb or can I say tbi? Common sense says that w/a good enough tbi unit I should be able to. But in the write up listed it was done w/carb and says nothing about a tbi.
It would probably be easier/cheaper to switch to carburetor. The TBI would require extensive tuning, maybe even a standalone computer (like the Commander 950) that can sense boost with a MAP sensor, and wideband O2 setup. Plus this blower doesn't work with serpentine accessories, so you'd have to switch to a v-belt setup. There are a few threads on here about using a TBI with a roots supercharger.

Sorry everyone, found someone local to build me a th350 in trade for this supercharger. If that should fall through for some reason, I'll bump this thread back up.
