I am going to add in the ZZ4 GMPP short block that all the above is still attached to for a COMPLETE and running motor, all for $3,500. Will include 19pph injectors to get you started, Chevy 454 TBI unit as air control (with IAC, TPS, no injectors) and the HP-HV fuel pump and a non-computer controlled HEI w/wires. You will be 100% ready to run with this motor, put her in and go!
Also has a Chevy pickup accessory package (Alternator, PS pump, A/C compressor, Flex-A-Lite reverse direction Flex-Fan for use w/serpentine belt) on it right now, that can go with it.
Anyone (near CT) interested in this as a complete motor, or should I part it out?
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the engine assembly also comes with a built TH700R transmission with a 2,800 lockup converter.

How about $1,100, shipped, for both Edelbrock E-tec 200 heads, the Edelbrock Elite aluminum valve covers and the Edelbrock Elite Air Cleaner assembly? I have all of the original Edelbrock boxes for shipping, except for the air cleaner box, as well.
Interested in the injection system. What all is there? computer? distributer? intake? etc...
How about all this for $1,250 shipped:
Holley Commander 950 MPFI system for use with GM TB units (GM connectors), Pro Software upgrade (discs included, larger matrix of control areas, better WB capabilities, etc), the computer interface cable, Standard large-cap HEI + splug wires (non-computer controlled, you can use a GM small-cap computer controlled distributor for spark control) MPFI intake manifold with 19pph injectors, all fuel rails, regulator, fuel pump, Innovate Motorsports LM-1 WBO2 device, GM TBI 2" unit for air control. I will throw in any sensors, wiring and relays I used to fire it up so that you have enough stuff that you don't need to drive to the parts store to get it installed.

Re: Part out: ZZ4, Al Heads, Holley MPFI, WB-O2, roller valvetrain, etc!
I have it all... 1 Question: Do you want the camshaft AND the lifters? The way you worded it, "cam lifters" could the lifters, alone, and not the camshaft too?
Re: Part out: ZZ4, Al Heads, Holley MPFI, WB-O2, roller valvetrain, etc!
Yes Cam and lifters..etc..
How much time do you have on these?
What is your honest opion for the cam in a spirited DD with a 700R4 and stock stall converter and 3.07 gears? Intake is going to be either TPI and aftermarket runners or if I can justify the cash a FIRST....
What did you run for springs and retainers as Comp says you can not run stock though I have GM fastburn heads with the same springs as ZZ4.. I think around 100 on the seat and 275 open..

Less than 1,000mi on the stuff. Not sure why nobody has picked up the entire ZZ4/Edelbrock engine, Commander 950 MPFI EFI, Innovate WB02, trans/converter/shifter and headers for $3,000, must be the economy!!! Buy this whole thing and sell yours to offset the cost.
anyhow, I digress...
I used the springs in the Edelbrock E-Tec-200 heads as they had the appropriate seat pressure and could easily hand the cams lift. I am not sure the ZZ4 springs can handle the lift on the cam, but they likely could...
3.07 gears could be a problem, but not if you're looking for mileage. This cam isn't that aggressie and as long as the EFI if programmed right, the stock stall converter and the 3.07 gears will be ok!
