Bought this off a member here several months ago and I never used it. He never used it either.
I was gonna put this on my 383 turbo build for 550-600whp but I decided to go with a larger motor and more power, and twin turbos
This is a great manifold for mild motors as it features a 2.5" sched 40 pipe with about a 2" ID feed tube which i feel is abit too small for a 383 or larger motor for over 600whp which I'm gonna be well over.
Primaries appear to be about 1 5/8 OD and are sched. 40 pipe. Real beefy setup.
So got to get rid of it. I kept it in case i couldnt fabricate these twin manifolds but i got them 90% done, so the BBS has to go.
T4 flange with 38mm wastegate flange.
Pittsburgh PA, looking to get 425 shipped. Let me know
My cousin called me last week asking me to make his friend twin turbo headers... I'll call him tomorrow and see if he'll settle for a single turbo. Was this for the V-belt or the serpentine belt accessory drive?
i have no idea actually. I can double check the fitment with my accessory bracket but i dont think a decent T4 turbo will clear the a/c so even a a/c delete pulley may be in the way. I have to see
Not really going to have the cash to do the whole setup and i'm not one who likes to put parts on the shelf to be used later, kind of impatient. I'll end up maxing out another credit card to get it done and thats just not a good thing to do.
I have made turbo headers like this before and they are actually really efficent since the thick wall help keep the heat in. I used Schedule 40 Weld-els.
wanta trade for a SD harness and ecm you could use?
Only ask cuz I have some parts to add with your header and provoke my buddy to turbo his car. He wont spend $ on a setup so Figure its something I could say Hey look what I have you can use....lol
