Since it still seems to be alive, how about the cam, is it still available? And if so, can you ship to APO? Military address, no difference in cost just have to do a customs form. Let me know, thanks!

question-with the D-port exhaust on this head does it require the use of a different header? D-port is LT1 style isnt it?? I'm not too familiar with head configurations.
also, it says the exhaust port is raised .100, does that actually affect fitment to exhaust or intake?
