I have a new Comp Camshaft#08-467-8 for sale. This fits the later model blocks with a OEM roller cam. I needed one for the older type block(12-467-8) and bought the wrong one. So my mistake is your gain. The cam was inserted into the block and thats when we found that it was the wrong one. It is not damaged in any way.$200.00+shipping. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-08-467-8/
Just a FYI, using a Lingenfelter retrofit cam button kit, this cam will work in an older block. I know, I'm using the kit in my 400 SBC block. The kit consists of a spacer for the step in that cam you have. It also has a nylon cam button. It's cheap....about $35. You have to run a late model timing chain set.
