the springs are only for a .600 lift solid tappet cam they were on a 406 but not mine. It ran well and made plenty of power I personaly think their well worth it and thats not a sales pitch. I raced the engine that they were on

Wow, those are the exact heads I need short the combustion chamber. Would put my 406 at 11/1 Sorry man. Bump for good heads and 8cc to few combustion chambers!!!
