Engine: LS1 Transmission: T56 Tremec Axle/Gears: Viper Dana 44, 3.54 gears | Tremec T-56, from 2005/06 SSR, Ohio
Tremec T-56 just back from being freshened with new bearings and seals at RPM in Daleville, IN.
Has LS1/LS2 bellhousing, is from an SSR 2005/06. Similar dimensions as LS1 F-body, slightly different ratios, is a beefier transmission internally. Comes with SSR shifter.
$1750 for transmission, or $2150 with LS1 F-body brake clutch pedal assembly, clutch master cylinder, rear transmission crossmember, hydraulic throwout bearing. Also have a new RAM clutch and pressure plate, the upgrade one, for $250. Local pickup.
Reason for sale, picked up an engine/trans combo, so no longer need this for my build. I had already dropped this off at RPM for rebuild before I purchased the other drive train 2 days later. | | |
