LT1 SWAP POWER STEERING LINES

Is anyone interested in power steering lines?

I will be making myself a set in the next couple of days for my own swap and will make a few sets if anyone is interested.

They will be made of 5000 PSI Hydaulic Hose with a 90 end on the power steering box side and a straight end on the pump side. Will be made with 3/8 hose which is the same size as 6an. You will need the two adapters that thread into the power steering box and pump to connect these lines. I can make likned with the proper o-ring fitting on the ends but would cost more.

Will do them for 40 buks a hose that is for a 5 foot long or 45 for a 6 foot.

I will post some pics up later. If there is anyinterest Lmk because I will not do this again just thought I would help out fellow third gen members.

Thanks, Josh

Factory mounting position. If you have the pump somewhere else Just measure the length of hose you need. I have acsess to hydaulic equipment to make the hoses at my shop.

LMK what you are after.

Re: LT1 SWAP POWER STEERING LINES

The reervoir does not need any kind of pressure line. These lines I have made will work with the pump monted on the passeger side where it was mounted factory over to the powere steering box. I can make complete kits if someone wants. That would include all the adapters and hoses. All the work is done for you. I forgot to mention the hydarulic hose is also flame resistant.

We use these on all the big John Deere farm tractors and I have yet to see a failure.

I can make fuel lines as well. I will look into the best hose for that application but I can make what ever you guys need.
