I think that I will finally put my Accel SuperRam up for sale. It will come with my Accel intake base. The SuperRam top plenum and runners are ported. The runners are match ported to the intake base. I ran a 12.12 sec ET with this setup on my 395 cu.in. '87 IROCZ with a 700R4 tranny. With my 350 in the car, I ran a 12.97 sec ET.
I understand that the SuperRam is no longer available. The intake base allows for the EGR to be operatorable (is that a word?).
I have thought about this, and I have dropped the asking price; $1000 shipped to anywhere in the 48 continental states.

Reason: Dropped price.
This SuperRam is in excellent condition. There are no stripped holes. Also, I have all of the bolts. And the top cover plate to the plenum is flat. There are no leaks. But this depends on how the installer does his/her job. As anyone should know, it is easy to cross-thread a hole, but I always start my bolts by hand, at least one full turn, but most of the time, two turns.
I have had an eye on your set up since you posted it for sale. I have the Edelbrock "High-Flo" intake. I just need the plenum and runners. Are you willing to separate?
I have a PM from a person who will shortly purchase my SuperRam. I think that I will give this person a few days to make the purchase before I would be willing to separate the various parts.
PLEASE NOTE: the shipping is covered by $1000 if its the 48 continental States. This means that I will not ship to a foreign country, Hawaii, or Alaska. If someone in these areas wants my Superram, they will have to cover the total cost of shipping to their destination.

I'm on the other end....got everything but the base. Might be interested in your base if it becomes available.
wesilva and UBE LOSE: If you guys can work together and buy the intake base and the plenum/runners on the same day, I will split them up. I will sell the intake base for $350 and the plenum/runners for $650. Lets me know soon. I would prefer to sell the entire "kit" to one person.
As of 4:45pm 9/25/2009, I still have this up for sale.
so u switched to the holley SR and ran slower in the 1/4 vs this SR? what cam did you run in the 350 with this SR and how did you like the low end the SR gave you? i have a 224-230 112 cam im lookin to install on my 355 and im thinkin ill need to upgrade to the SR over the ported SLP setup i got now.
The ETs are misleading because the 60' times are way different. At Milan Michigan I was cutting 1.7x sec 60' times, while at Orlando Speedworld (Spinworld) I am cutting 2.0x sec 60' times, with the same rear tire. I would expect that I would be in the 11s if I could run this car now at Milan. Also, a little more tuning is needed.
However, I do have ETs at OSW with the Accel SR for a good comparison. If I remember correctly, I was running 12.6x and 12.7x with the SuperRam when I first went to OSW with my '87 opun moving to Mims Florida. So as far as I am concerned, I am going about 0.3 sec quicker with the HSR. I will have to look for my ET slips tonite.
In carefully comparing various runs all at OSW with my '87 Camaro IROCZ, the HSR (without the proper tuning) in about 0.1 sec quicker and 1.7 mph faster in the 1/4 mile.
