What kind of shape is the clutch? Got any pictures. What do you want for the flywheel? Definetly interested in that.

Re: T56 in Ohio

I forgot I had posted this earlier this year. Answers most of the questions I've been asked.

http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/en...3-t-56-oh.html

Had one that was interested, but I got busy and it fell through. At any rate I want to see it go this time.

Re: T56 in Ohio

I am willing to ship it, however, I've never shipped anything large through my own coordination. I have shipped an engine and received many times....what I'm getting at is you would have to be patient with me if that is desired.

The only sensors that come with it are show in the pics, except for the one on the passenger side that is shown removed...I thought I needed it for the new one but didn't. As far as their function...the only one that I ever used was the speed sensor.

Re: T56 in Ohio

Pretty sure the gear ratios were the same throughout all of them even ls ones. Here's the numbers I have
1 - 2.66
2 - 1.78
3 - 1.30
4 - 1.00
5 - 0.74
6 - 0.50
R - 2.90

Only difference between the LS and LT is the input shaft, bellhousing, front plate that the bell bolts to (to accommodate the slave cylinder) and clutch/flywheel.
Mileage unknown, supposedly like 90k when I bought it, I put maybe 2k on it.
Condition is usable, but I very strongly recommend a rebuild or at the least replace the 2nd gear synchro.

Somebody give me $600 and everything I have associated with it is yours. I'll even throw in some long tube headers that I made to fit my vette with this transmission.
