No I don't think they would work for you. The angle of the intake bolts are different on the 87 & up motors.

I'm surprised you went larger than the 195s on your 406.. That is what talking to tony will do to you I guess
Not interested in selling the lifters separately? Already have that cam.

Tony talked me into a solid roller, 248/254 with the new 220 eliminator heads, a super vic intake and about 11:1 compression. He said it will still be streetable and make more power than the setup I had. I had no complaints about my previous setup. I have decided not to mod my 00' Firehawk and make this a little bit more of a "race street car" if that makes any sense.
If I can get someone to buy the cam I would split the two up but as of right now I would like to keep them together.

Hrmm.. Tony is right, it will make more power. The reason I like the 195s is they have higher velocity than the larger runner heads, which make driving sub 3500 rpm better (i.e, street).. However, the 220s will probably peak 20hp higher. I guess it depends on what you are looking for. You won't go slow with Tony's advice though, that is for sure.
My cost on comp 853-16 lifters is $324, so if you sell the cam separately and have the lifters for something cheaper than my cost let me know.
If you didn't buy your 220s yet, I can sell them hundreds cheaper than summit. Let me know the part #. If they are 1110 for example, I can probably do them for around $1850 plus shipping.

I will keep that in mind. That's a damn good price for the 220's. I am kinda worried about low rpm drivibilty. Streetable is a realitive term and means different things to different people.
I still want to be able to drive and enjoy the car. I guess I will find out exactly how big this combo is.

I decided to use them in a budget 383 build I am doing. I was selling everything to help fund my 400 project but I am in the process of buying a house so that's on hold.
I am selling the rocker arms. I am asking 250 shipped for those.
