What would I need to do to make those C5 front brakes fit? Just tear my current junk off and bolt that setup on?

No. First thing is to modify your spindle which isn't hard at all. Then you would need to buy new hubs bc I reused my for my current setup. You can get hubs from Scott @ bigbrakeupgrade.com
